Nope. Each project needs one administrator to initialize the project and pay, but all other users (including additional ones set up with administrative rights) can access and edit or view projects at no cost. If you then decide you want to set-up your own project as an admin, you can do that at any time.

Also, you can customize all terminology to be just the way you want it. For example, if you don’t like “Committed Costs” you can change the name to “Encumbrance” or “Obligated Funds”.
When your project is over, we’re happy to archive and store your data for you. You will continue to have access to your project data via the app. You will be able to see your project and reference the data in your account, but you will not be able to make any changes to the data unless your project is “active” and you are paying for the project. Yes! Individual projects can be combined into programs, allowing for aggregated program level summary reporting as well as drill down individual project reporting.
